In a speech at the groundbreaking ceremony, Chief Business Officer Kelly Wypych said, “Today stands for more than simply putting shovels into the ground. Today represents our commitment to our customers in over 50 countries on all seven continents, most of whom are pioneering groundbreakers in ultra-low temperature technology and research.”

Cryomech – A cryogenic innovator
Cryomech said it plans to grow staff in both manufacturing and administration. According to the current build schedule, the US company hopes to be in the new facility by the end of 2020.
Headquartered in Syracuse, New York, Cryomech was founded in 1963 by Professor William Gifford who saw an opportunit to develop and market cryogenic systems while working at Syracuse University.
